The benefits of cold-rolled flat products compared to hot rolled are better surface quality, good formability, closer tolerances and lower thicknesses. Cold-rolled flat products are versatile materials which can be used in many variations and numerous areas of application: automotive, tube and section, and construction industries.

Pickled and oiled sheets
Hot rolled steel after it is formed is undesirable in many manufacturing applications and processes. In order to combat the scale issue, mills started to pickle and oil their steel to create a more desirable product for end users.
Thus, hot rolled pickled and oiled (from here on referred to as HRPO) flat rolled steel coils were born. HRPO steel is still considered hot rolled steel even though it does not have any scale. The final product of HRPO steel is created when steel mills use acid baths to remove the scale that usually forms on the surface of carbon steel coil, as the coil is cooling.
Once the coil is bathed in acid, it is “pickled”. The pickling process consist of applying dried oil to the steel’s surface in order to prevent rusting. HRPO flat rolled steel is ideal for plate burning and plasma cutting processes in order to manufacture and machine smaller, more precise steel components and parts out of HRPO sheet and plate.

Quality and surface treated plates
We offer a broad range of sheets and plates made of alloyed and unalloyed carbon grades to meet your simplest needs to your most sophisticated applications.
Boiler plates
The Boiler Steel Plates are widely used in fabrication of boilers in industries. These hot rolled steel plates are made available in variety of grades and thickness and are developed to a superior quality, deliberated to hold out the internal pressure in boilers and valves. Well known for its diversity of use and longevity, these boiler plates meet the exact requirements of these industries: shipbuilding, petrochemical manufacturing, boilers, pressure vessels, gas turbines manufacturing.
Quality:
- P265GH
- P355NL1
Patterned plates
Patterned plates are hot rolled plates with a regular pattern of raised patterns or lines, diamonds or teardrop on one side, with the reverse side being featureless. The added texture reduces the risk of slipping, making patterned plates a solution for stairs, catwalks, walkways, and ramps in industrial settings. Its non-skid properties mean that patterned plate is frequently used on the interior of ambulances and on the footplates of firetrucks. Additional applications include truck beds and trailer floors.

Wear resistant steel plates (XAR, TBL)
Regarding to their extreme hardness and toughness, heavy plates last at least five times longer than conventional structural steel. Our offer includes:
- XAR® - Special wear-resistant structural steels for plant, mining, automotive and special vehicles industry. Available in various grades from 300 HBW to 600 HBW and plate thicknesses from 4 to 100 mm, tailored to particular applications
- Manganese plates for resistance to severe impact and abrasive wear. This product hardens under cold work conditions, care should be taken when forming, drilling or machining is being considered
- TBL and TBL PLUS - fine grained boron alloyed special structural steels that combine good processability and excellent wear resistance. The TBL steel are used for various applications in agricultural and construction machinery.
Corten
COR-TEN® is a weathering steel. This material is a corrosion resistant steel, that left uncoated develops an outer layer patina. This patina protects the steel from additional corrosion. It is a high strength steel alloy, and it is used where higher strength and longer life cycle material are desired. Especially in situations where untreated alloys are desired.
Laser plates
Precise shape with perfect edges.
Hot rolled steel sheets with special characteristics, reduced internal stress and improved flatness making this a perfect input material for your laser cutting line.
Laser steel processing comes with many advantages, allowing you to cut custom complicated shapes and patterns utilizing your resources to their full potential with precision and minimum scaling effects.
